Shipping Policy

Playmats: All playmats are ready-to-ship within 48 hours of your order being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will not begin processing until the next business day.

Clothing: Once your order is placed, we will begin production within 72 hours. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will not begin processing until the next business day. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your clothing item(s) to finish production and ship out. Memento Fitted Hats will be shipped securely in a cardboard box to prevent any damage in transit.

Orders with Playmats + Clothing: Please allow up to 2 weeks for the clothing items to be ready-to-ship, if you would like your playmat(s) to ship first, please place separate orders from your clothing.

There are no guaranteed delivery windows, we ship through the following couriers: United States Postal Service (USPS)

We’ll do our best to update consumers if there are unforeseen delays.

Return Policy

All sales are final. We handle order cancellations, refunds, returns, and re-shipments on a case-by-case basis; please reach out to our support email (support@mementomorimats.com) for assistance and specific instructions.

Customer Support Window

Address change requests will only be accepted up to 24 hours after purchase and are not guaranteed, please contact support@mementomorimats.com as soon as possible to fix any errors. After 30 days from purchase, we do not carry out customer service on products.
